Die Cut and Laser Cut (Insulators)
Our production methods, including flatbed and rotary die cutting, providing low-cost tooling with short lead times and tolerances of +/- .005 for mid to large runs. We also offer cost-effective laser cutting for samples, prototypes, and small to midsize runs. Each option ensures accuracy and precision
Metal Blanking
We provide precision metal blanking on Nickel 201, iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and special alloys using advanced technology. This cost-effective process uses punches and dies to shape sheet metal quickly, producing identical parts efficiently
Tape and Reel
Components are housed in designed pockets on embossed plastic carrier tape, sealed with a cover tape to secure them. A row of sprocket holes allows for indexing. The tape is wound onto a rigid plastic reel for protection during handling and storage, ensuring a dust-free, clean environment. Cost effective option for automated component placement
Electroplating
We offer the following plating capabilities; Nickel plating, selective gold plating and Tri-alloy plating
Nickel Strips
We provide standard and custom intercell tabs, including radius and solder tabs. We offer quick turnaround and competitive pricing on all of our cuts
